What’s next?

Once we get your documents and your appointment time, you are on the road to your ONLINE notary appointment. A Virginia notary will email you with a link to a video-audio conference. We use Zoom, WebEx, or Remote Notarez Platform. At your online notary appointment time, we will ask you to hold your ID up to the camera and state your name, date of birth and the city/country you are presently in. The notary will share her computer screen with the documents that will be signed. She/he will go over the document to make sure you understand what you are signing. You will e-sign the document. All of this takes about 5 to 10 minutes depending on how many documents you have.

All said and done!

Yes, that is it. From start to finish it could take about 20 to 30 minutes to go through the remote online notary process. After you have e-signed the document, the Virginia notary will send you an invoice for you to pay or you can pay before you leave the appointment. She/he will remote online notarize the document, and we will send you two separate emails. One will have a file #, and the second will contain the password so you can retrieve & download your document from Remote Notarez.
