States & Remote Online Notary

US States & Remote Notarization

As Virginia Electronic Notaries, we can notarize documents being used anywhere in the United States.  We are Virginia commissioned notaries and are approved as electronic notaries. Virginia explicitly gives its notaries the ability to notarize documents from people outside of Virginia. In addition, the Full Faith and Credit Clause of the US Constitution requires each state to respect the public acts, records, and judicial proceedings of every other state. So, if you are wondering if we can remotely online notarize your document, we sure can. Please note, we cannot force anyone to accept your legally electronic notarized document. If in doubt, it is best to ask before scheduling your appointment.
